If you are playing with a bonus, you must complete the bonus wagering requirement before withdrawal. If wagering is not completed, you can only withdraw your original deposit amount, not the bonus funds.
Jellybdt may set daily and monthly withdrawal limits. Large winnings may be paid in installments. If the withdrawal amount is substantial and additional verification is required, processing time may increase.
Jellybdt regularly offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met before claiming the bonus and before withdrawal.
The bonus wagering requirement is the amount you must bet using the bonus funds before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a 1000 BDT bonus with 30x wagering, you must place 30,000 BDT in bets. Wagering terms will be clearly stated in the bonus offer details.
Each bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, address, IP address, or payment method. Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts or bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and account balance, and account closure.
Bonuses have a fixed validity period (typically 7–30 days). If wagering is not completed within this time, the bonus and any winnings from it will be automatically forfeited. Jellybdt reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw bonuses at any time.
All Jellybdt games are operated by independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures fair and impartial results. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated in any way — neither by Jellybdt nor by players. All game providers are licensed and comply with international standards.
Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. After clicking "Confirm" or "Place Bet", the bet is final. If the bet fails to process due to a technical issue, the funds will be returned to your balance and our support team will notify you.
If your internet disconnects or you experience connection problems during gameplay, the game result is saved on our server and you can view it upon logging back in. Incomplete bets will be resolved according to the game provider's rules.
